New Endgame Modes
Ascension Portal
Enter the Ascension Portal, a structured combat gauntlet where each tier increases in difficulty. Select your entry tier, survive intense waves of enemies, and defeat the final boss to unlock the next level. Higher tiers bring greater risks, but also greater rewards.
Your performance is tracked on a global leaderboard, where only the strongest pilots earn their place.
No retries—each attempt is a test of skill, reflexes, and endurance.
Climb the ranks, push your limits, and prove your dominance in the Ascension Portal!
Echo Run
A roguelike survival challenge where each completed run forces you to choose an artifact that alters gameplay—some grant powerful advantages, while others introduce severe challenges.
Survive enemy waves, defeat the Echo Boss, and choose: continue deeper or extract with your rewards.
The deeper you go, the more unpredictable and punishing the run becomes.
Every run is unique, every decision matters—how far will you push before the echoes consume you?
Introducing the Endgame Vial System!
A brand-new progression system where players can craft and activate Vials—one-time-use buffs and set bonuses that provide strategic advantages in Ascension Portals and Echo Runs.
Earn new currencies to craft different types of Vials.
Activate Vials during runs for temporary boosts, unique effects, or set-based advantages.
Strategically combine Vials to customize your build for deeper runs and higher-tier combat.
Experiment with Vial combinations and push your limits in the most intense endgame content yet!
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Leaderboard System
Leaderboard entries are now clickable, allowing players to view public game data.
Added UI for viewing player profiles.
Player Data now stores relevant leaderboard information.
Portal System
Implemented Loadout Manager to select entry weapons for portals.
Added shard rewards for completing Portal runs.
Tiered portals now populated, allowing structured progression.
Improved leaderboards & scoring for Portal System.
Echo System
Boss Spawning & Boss Waves added for Echo Rounds.
Implemented Ascension Shard rewards for defeating enemies and bosses.
Scoring disabled for Echo Runs to maintain balance.
Echo Runs now have min/max damage and health balancing.
Intro countdown added to Echo Runs for smoother gameplay.
Artifact System
Introduced negative artifacts that impact gameplay during rounds.
Fixed artifact icons not displaying properly.
Tutorial System
Round tutorial added, using the Hint Manager for better onboarding.
Updated Hint Manager to initialize tutorial helpers in the main scene.
Fixed text clearing issues on tutorial actions.
Added chest information to the tutorial for better understanding.
Game & UI Fixes
Hypergrav Slam reworked for better usability and balance.
Crit damage bug fixed to correctly calculate damage output.
Damage totals now displayed during rounds in the pause menu.
Damage on score display fixed in Score Manager.
Post-round mission UI cleanup implemented for better visibility.
